I started teaching preschool long, long ago and switched to elementary, although I really love teaching adults. I joined RWP in 1996 and being connected with others this way is the very best part of my professional life.
I'm not speedy at any tech thing and I learn a lot from my own kids, who are quick. I love searching, seeing, hearing, learning, sharing through technology. I seldom have all the functional tools I need or want to use.
My favorite words are yes and thanks. I love the sound of breaking glass and laughter. I dislike meanness and admire generosity. I don't like cursing and wish I could express strong feelings in a more creative way.
I would like to have a restaurant where fresh and colorful fruits and veggies appeared on every plate, not as an option. I would also like to be a travel writer or librarian, but philanthropist has always been my most desired profession. I am figuring out how to do that with time not money.
I heard the Threshold Choir sing "When you were born, you cried and the world rejoiced. Live your life so that when you die, the world cries and you rejoice." I hope to do so.

I guess I'll break a glass the next time I am over! Now that you get a farm share you can have veges on your plate all the time! Like to read your writing.
Nice photo!
My penchant for profanity must make you cry . . . and question my verbal creativity. Damn.
I'm inspired by the lyrics you've shared, Harriet. Thank you, dear.
Hey, lady! Do you have a fucking Delicious account? If so, would you please share your user name? I'd like to be able to share some of the links I've been bookmarking. Unless you don't want me to. . . .
