How to Use GoogleForms

I'd like to try an experiment: I'd like to invite at least one of you to capture these directions as I demonstrate the process. 

I suspect that translating your observations into a how-to document will provide both experience with and insight into developing similar documents for your students and/or colleagues.  If several ATIers accept the invitation, we can either weave the resultant directions into a single collaborative document, or we can enjoy everyone's efforts by publishing all our results.

Anyone interested?  Who wants to accept the invitation?
